Position Summary:
- Implement activities of recruiting,
training, and guiding project personnel; planning, managing and implementing
small and medium-sized projects that are operated most effectively.
Responsibility:
1. Project Management
- Prepare timeline, budget estimate,
surveys and evaluation of location where project will be operated;
- Coordinate with Team to brainstorm
ideas, create, plan and operate project;
- Make general plan about KPI &
execution period for the project;
- Make general budget estimate for the
project;
- Follow and ensure team to operate
complying properly with the procedures /regulations of company in the process
of operating project;
- Assign, supervise and check the work
of project personnel; timely announce to Project Manager the problems which
arise and give suggestions/solutions (if any);
- Participate in evaluating after
finishing project;
- Ensure new data is recorded in
available data source of the company through every project;
- Support Team to set up assessment
criteria for partner capability;
- Make reports at the request of the
direct superiors and regularly update new information on market / industry
knowledge;
2. Project Personnel Management:
- Recruit, train and guide seasonal
personnel on activities related to project operating;
- Ensure the process and progress of
salary payment for seasonal staff operating the project, the deadline for
salary payment is as committed to the staff;
- Develop new human resources;
- Assist in building systems,
recruitment processes and managing recruitment tools provided by the company or
new development for recruiting;
- Coordinate to make training plan and
train Project Coordinator;
- Take responsibility for the ability
of Project Coordinator;
3. Make reports at the request of the
direct superior and propose solutions to improve the project's efficiency (if
any).
4. Market Exploitation:
- Support to exploit market information (salary, new ways to
operate, competitor information) and update to management level to have
solutions and make appropriate business plans to avoid risks or change the
implementation (if any);
- Develop partner data source system (Client, Supplier, Leaders at
Provinces) & Database (HR Source, Location List, Rate card) which are used
for Activation activities;
- Update
new information about market/industry frequently;
Requirements:
- College graduation or above majoring
in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising Communication, Foreign
Trade, Foreign Language.
- At least 2 years operating
projects in Activation/Trade Marketing
- Or 3-4 years in
Resourcing/Admin/Project Coordinator.
